Service Description
Join us for a transformative 10-day virtual Stretch Commitment designed to invigorate your body, improve flexibility, and promote a sense of overall well-being. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned stretcher, this program is tailored to accommodate all fitness levels and ages. Over the course of 10 consecutive days, November 13-November 23, we will meet virtually at 7am. Each day you will engage in rejuvenating 30-minute virtual sessions led by stretch and wellness coach Jalisa “Jah” Bland. Each session will be conducted in the comfort of your own home, allowing you to participate from anywhere in the world. Throughout the program, you will be guided through a series of gentle stretches and movements that target different muscle groups, helping to release tension, increase range of motion, and improve circulation. These sessions will also incorporate mindful breathing techniques and relaxation exercises to promote mental clarity and reduce stress. The program's daily schedule is carefully crafted to ensure a balanced and progressive approach to stretching. Each session will build upon the previous one, gradually deepening your practice and allowing you to experience the benefits of consistent stretching. By the end of the 10-day program, you can expect to feel more energized, with increased flexibility, improved posture, and a heightened sense of body awareness stretching your mind, body and spirit to new heights!
